Front Number "2"
This comparison set focuses on the front number “2” of the jersey worn by Jodie Meeks against the Charlotte Hornets on April 1, 2015. The reference image and the examined jersey were compared for correspondence in the numeral’s overall shape, layered twill construction, edge contours, stitching patterns and alignment on the front mesh panel. Particular attention was given to localized fabric deformations, loose threads, stitching irregularities and the positioning of the red, white and blue twill layers that may distinguish this individual jersey from other examples of the same uniform design.

Front Number “0”
This comparison set focuses on the front number “0”.The reference photograph and the examined jersey were compared for correspondence in the numeral’s overall shape, layered red, white and blue twill construction, edge contours, stitching patterns and alignment on the blue mesh body. Particular attention was given to localized irregularities in the numeral’s outline, the shape and positioning of the central opening, fabric deformations and individually positioned mesh perforations that may distinguish this jersey from other examples of the same uniform design.

Photomatch Summary
Assessment
The examined Jodie Meeks jersey was compared with in-game photographs from the Detroit Pistons game against the Charlotte Hornets on April 1, 2015. Multiple corresponding characteristics were identified across independent comparison areas, including the front numerals “2” and “0” and the rear “ROIT” section of the “DETROIT” wordmark.
The photographic evidence demonstrates consistent alignment between the applied lettering and numerals and the underlying mesh perforations. Within the front number “2,” the number, spacing and positioning of the mesh holes along the lower inner curve and horizontal section correspond with the in-game image. Additional agreement is visible in the construction, contours and placement of the front number “0.”
On the reverse, corresponding mesh-hole patterns were documented above the “ROIT” lettering, within the upper opening of the letter “R,” and between its lower vertical and diagonal strokes. In each area, the visible perforations maintain the same relationship to the adjacent twill edges in both the examined jersey and the reference photographs.
The collective agreement of these independently positioned mesh patterns, together with the corresponding shapes and alignment of the applied elements, supports the conclusion that the examined jersey is the same individual garment worn by Jodie Meeks against the Charlotte Hornets on April 1, 2015. No material contradiction was identified within the visible comparison areas.
Methodology
Comparison Method
The examination was conducted through a detailed side-by-side visual comparison of the examined jersey and in-game photographs showing Jodie Meeks during the Detroit Pistons game against the Charlotte Hornets on April 1, 2015. Separate comparison sets were created for the front number “2,” the front number “0” and the rear “ROIT” lettering.
The analysis focused on visible characteristics capable of distinguishing the individual jersey from other examples of the same uniform design. The applied lettering and numerals were examined for correspondence in overall shape, layered twill construction, edge contours, stitching patterns and alignment on the mesh body. Particular attention was given to the number, spacing and relative positioning of the mesh perforations visible within and around the applied elements.
Within the front number “2,” the perforation pattern along the lower inner curve and horizontal section was compared with its position relative to the surrounding stitched twill edges. The front number “0” was evaluated for agreement in its outline, central opening, twill alignment and placement over the underlying mesh panel.
The rear comparison examined the relationship between the “ROIT” lettering and the mesh-hole pattern. This included the rows of perforations above the letters, the holes visible within the upper opening of the “R,” and the vertical arrangement exposed between its lower strokes. These patterns were assessed according to their number, spacing, orientation and distance from the adjacent white twill borders.
Differences caused by image resolution, viewing angle, lighting, garment tension, body movement and fabric curvature were considered during the comparison. The conclusion was based on the combined agreement of multiple independent alignment and construction characteristics rather than a single feature. No conflicting characteristic was observed within the photographically visible areas.
